What's at the end of a rainbow? Maybe a pot of gold? Not many have found the pot of gold. But Butterfly is determined to find it. The journey takes her through green sprouting grass, colorful flowers and peeping squirrels. Whether she found the pot of gold or not, Butterfly discovers the colors of the rainbow reflected in the onset of spring around her. Unknowingly she has become the messenger of spring to the people in the town.
**Butterflies seem to be a popular topic for children's books. Do you think they appeal to boys and girls equally??

Sure they do. When I was a boy I was completely fascinated with butterflies.

Boys like butterflies too because they are colorful and fun to catch. My logo is a butterfly; I've been in love with them since I was a kid.

I think butterflies are enjoyed equally by both sexes. They're fascinating, beautiful creatures to adults as well as children.

My boys are always mesmerised by butterflies and very fascinated by the metamorphosis process.

This book seems really interesting. I shall check it out at my local library.

Thanks for posting about these lovely books.

I remember my kids getting a bug jar and catching all kinds of bugs, including butterflies. They facinate children with the many colors and designs they come in.
